Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

ingredients
− 1 banana
− ½ cup sprouts
− ¼ cup avocado
− 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
− 1 tbsp coconut oil
− 2 tbsp lime juice
− ¼ tsp lime zest
− ½ cup water
− optional: ice
