Summer Salad #80

– mache rosettes lettuce
– butter lettuce
– fennel (sliced thinly)
– figs (sliced in fours)
– avocado
– tangerines (sliced)
– heirloom grape tomatoes (cut in halves)
– scallions (sliced thinly)
– sesame seeds, lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper

Lay lettuces on the bottom and arrange other ingredients. Drizzle with fresh lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
