Kale Shake

ingredients
− 1 cup kale
− 1 cup frozen berries
− 1 cup water
− plain yogurt
− 1 raw egg
− ½ banana
− ½ apple
− 1 tblsp flax oil

directions
− Blend it for a good 2 minutes. You’ll want to make sure all the kale gets chopped up real well – otherwise, it’s a choker. You may also want to add some ice.
