Healthy Homemade Oatmeal

– 4 cups Rolled Oats
– 2 cups Oat Bran
– 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
– 1 cup Raw Unsalted Almonds
– 1 cup Lecithin Granules
– 1 cup Flax Seeds
– 1 cup Silybrum Marianum Seeds (Milk Thistle seeds or capsule for ea. bowl)
– 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Grind flax seeds in coffee grinder. Combine all ingredients except cranberries. Store in freezer or refrigerator.

To serve it’s best to prepare the night before; place about 1/3 cup oatmeal in bowl adding enough water, rice milk, or milk to more than cover mixture. Add cranberries and stir. Place in refrigerator.

More liquid may need to be added before heating. Simmer until warm.
