Coconut Almond Yogurt

INGREDIENTS
– Almonds – 1 cup untreated/unpasteurized, soaked 24 hours*
– Whole Coconut – meat of 2 coconuts
– Coconut Water – 1 cup from the whole coconuts
– Nutritional Essentials – 2 tablespoons*
– Probiotic Blend – 1 scoop*

HOW TO
Blend all together and cover for 4 hours at room temperature. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. To use, blend with your favorite greens and or fruits (kale, spinach, mango, banana…). It’s worth all the effort, you’ll feel energized. Also, here’s a video.

Note: This yogurt is not your typical yummy smooth rich yogurt. We use it in smoothies as a “power drink” with stuff like coconut water, leafy greens, and fruit.
