very cool…my cousin who has 20 acres in Hawaii, lives totally off the grid (except for phone). All solar power, cistern for water, chickens, lambs, goats, and an incredible garden. His dream was that all of us would purchase part of the 20 acres and live sort of communally, and off the grid.
